The Polish Business Club in the Slovak Republic was established at the end of August 2023 and its aim is to create and develop favourable conditions for Polish entrepreneurs operating in Slovakia, as well as to develop non-commercial relations between Polish and Slovak entrepreneurs or investors. Our law firm WISE3 created the legal documentation for the establishment and registration of the Polish Business Club.
However, our cooperation is deeper. We are very pleased that our law firm WISE3 is establishing cooperation with the Polish Business Club in Slovakia and can thus jointly participate in building a positive brand of Polish business in Slovakia and contribute to the creation of favourable conditions for the further development of Polish-Slovak economic relations.
The Memorandum is a manifestation of the will to develop cooperation in the following areas:
- creation and development of favourable conditions for Polish entrepreneurs and investors operating in the Slovak Republic,
- the development of non-commercial relations between Polish and Slovak entrepreneurs and investors,
- creating a positive perception of the Republic of Poland in the awareness of Slovak business circles as well as Slovak civil society,
- representing the interests of the members of the association and mediating these interests in relation to the relevant state and local authorities,
