pr\u00e1cu v sobotu<\/strong>, <strong>za pr\u00e1cu v nede\u013eu<\/strong>, <strong>za no\u010dn\u00fa pr\u00e1cu a mzdovej kompenz\u00e1cie za s\u0165a\u017een\u00fd v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Novelizovan\u00e1 pr\u00e1vna \u00faprava odstr\u00e1nila pevn\u00fa sumu pr\u00edplatkov (tzv. mzdovej kompenz\u00e1cie pri \u0161pecifickom v\u00fdkone pr\u00e1ce) a ich v\u00fd\u0161ka sa po novom stanovuje percentu\u00e1lnou sadzbou naviazanou na v\u00fdvoj minim\u00e1lnej mzdy.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Zmena sp\u00f4sobu ur\u010dovania pr\u00edplatkov za pr\u00edplatku (mzdov\u00e9ho zv\u00fdhodnenia) uveden\u00e1 v poslednom st\u013apci tabu\u013eky sa<\/strong><br><strong>bude ka\u017ed\u00fd rok meni\u0165<\/strong> v z\u00e1vislosti od v\u00fd\u0161ky minim\u00e1lnej mzdy ozn\u00e1menej\/schv\u00e1lenej na dan\u00fd kalend\u00e1rny rok.<\/p>\n<p>U zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, u ktor\u00e9ho sa vzh\u013eadom na povahu pr\u00e1ce alebo podmienky prev\u00e1dzky vy\u017eaduje, aby sa pr\u00e1ca pravidelne vykon\u00e1vala v <strong>sobotu v nede\u013eu alebo v noci, mo\u017eno so zamestnancom dohodn\u00fa\u0165 ni\u017e\u0161iu sumu mzdov\u00e9ho zv\u00fdhodnenia<\/strong>, najmenej v\u0161ak vo v\u00fd\u0161ke uvedenej v bodoch\/riadkoch 3., 5. a 8. tabu\u013eky. Nako\u013eko ZP predpoklad\u00e1 na uplatnenie ni\u017e\u0161ej sumy mzdov\u00e9ho zv\u00fdhodnenia dohodu <strong>so zamestnancom, je potrebn\u00e9, aby tak\u00e1to dohoda bola zakotven\u00e1 p\u00edsomne v pracovnej zmluve<\/strong>. (pozn.
